Session Times:

10:00 – 10:45 – LGBTQ+ community - led by a female instructor

11:00 – 11:45 – Women only (16+) - led by a female instructor

12:30 – 14:15 – Family session (ages 8+)

14:30 – 15:15 – Adults session (ages 16+)

15:30 – 16:15 – Men only (16+) - led by a male instructor

Important Information:
Participants should be in good health. We recommend not taking part if you have any injuries or medical conditions that could be affected by physical activity (particularly neck, back, or shoulder issues). Consent is required for all participants. Please wear closed-toe shoes and long sleeves.
