Portia
Founder, Lead Educator 
As the founder of The Portal and lead instructor of this training, Portia brings extensive experience teaching mat Pilates, reformer, and yoga.
Her foundation is rooted in inclusive, injury-aware sequencing for all bodies, combining real-world teaching with intentional, functional movement.

Portia leads the core of this program, guiding you through movement, sequencing, cueing, and stepping into your role as a confident instructor.
This training is built from her experience working with diverse bodies, injuries, and abilities so you don’t just learn Pilates, you learn how to teach it in the real world.

Jayden
Mat + Reformer Instructor | Sequencing Specialist
A skilled mat and reformer Pilates instructor, Jayden is known for strong, effective programming and seamless class flow.
She supports students in refining their sequencing, building confidence, and delivering classes that feel both powerful and elevated.

Dr. Brett Kenny
Chiropractor + Anatomy Educator
With a background in kinesiology and clinical practice, Dr. Brett leads the anatomy portion of the training, helping you understand the why behind every movement.
His approach ensures you can teach safely, intelligently, and with confidence.
