No partners needed.
No special shoes or dress required.
No charge (assuming you show up before the bar starts their normal cover charge and coat check.)
Very similar to what we do in the summer at the Deep River Yacht Club and Bears Den, except the party continues after our social practice dance is over.
A good chance to invite your friends who have always wanted to try or just watch.
6:00 - 6:30pm : Drop in early for drinks and dinner.
6:30 - 7:00pm : Music starts to warmup.
7:00 - 7:30pm : Informal Beginner/Intermediate Salsa Refresher Lessons (various cross body leads).
7:30 - 9:00pm : Social Dance. Myself and others will be available to provide pointers as requested.
9pm - Cover charge at the bar starts around here.
Between 9 and 10pm : Transition to "Club" mode when the bar’s DJ will take over.
10 - 2am : Gets busy with that normal non-partner Night Club type dancing.
