Contemplating one of our advanced trainings coming up in 2026 but not quite ready to take the leap? This class is for you. 

Expect a short (30m) specialty class of breathing, movement & meditation. Elke will begin class with pranayama + chanting, Heidi will follow with a grounding moon salutation flow, and Kara will take us home with a sweet meditation. 

Then we open the floor. We will share the details of our upcoming trainings, the content covered, our own backgrounds and stories, and answer any and alllll questions you may have. (Come with your questions and concerns!)
