F45 Fitness Class

F45 offers innovative, high intensity functional group workouts that are fast, fun and results driven. Their goal is to help you become your fittest, strongest and healthiest self. Each F45 workout is a unique program that incorporates cardio, resistance based strength training, or a hybrid of both, all geared towards everyday life.

This private class is all about movement, connection, and fun and it’s designed just for YOU. Whether you’re newly postpartum, pregnant, chasing toddlers, or somewhere in between, you’re welcome here. The workout is beginner-friendly, and our coaches are pros at offering alternatives to meet you exactly where you’re at. We’ve got you covered every step of the way!

The class is $10 per person (PMC is covering $5 per person).
