Join us at the Blue Zones Project Petaluma office for "Movement Mondays" weekly community yoga, taught by Dana Christian Lee of Embody Yoga.

Classes are open to the public, and combine mindfulness, community connection and natural movement. Bring a friend, and we will see you then!
