Qigong at Venture Retreat Center

VENTURE RETREAT CENTER offering QIGONG…
The first opportunity in the series will be hosted by certified Qigong instructor Jim Weaver. Jim will lead a series of ten Qigong classes, teaching you this holistic practice that combines movement, breath, and meditation to cultivate vital life energy.
The Healing Energy of the universe belongs to all! Jim’s classes will empower you to create health and peace of mind. His greatest satisfaction, he told us, is seeing his students smile after practice, knowing they are developing the tools and ability to reduce stress, improve their health, and restore their vitality.
Starting July 16th I will be offering weekly Qigong classes at Venture Retreat Center .
