FREE Writing Workshop: Storytelling with Art

Lauren McGovern, a writer and an educator living in the Adirondacks, shares how a sketch or an illustration can enhance a written piece, projecting humor, heartbreak, hope for the future, and more. You will blend visual elements with a narrative work in this class. Some art supplies and other resources provided. Bring a current writing project or develop a new one in this workshop. This workshop is offered free of charge with generous support from the Rotary Club of Plattsburgh. Space is limited. Please call the library at 518-643-8618 to register.
