- **Event Description**: You are warmly invited to my next 1 hour & 45-minute Yin Yoga & Sound Healing event ~ a sound journey designed to take you to complete relaxation. 

On this special evening, I will guide you through a nourishing and gentle yin yoga practice and close the session with a beautiful sound healing, integrating crystal and Tibetan bowls, gong, tongue drum, rain stick, Native American flute, ocean drums, bells, chimes and vocals.

Yin Yoga helps release the fascia - where emotions are stored in the body. Yin gives the body space to slowly release, which helps relax the nervous system.

And sound healing or sound journeys are an ancient practice that dates back thousands of years with many benefits including stress relief, improved sleep and reduced blood pressure. When we use instruments, together with our voice, we calm our nervous system, relaxes our body and mind, and often create feelings of peace, stillness and well-being.

We will close the practice with the resonance of these instruments and herbal tea will be available after the sound bath for community connection.
