We’re so excited to bring you our Y2K INSPIRED CONCEPT DAY — a studio-based shoot celebrating early 2000’s fashion, nostalgia, and bold creative expression.

✨ What’s the vibe?
This Y2K Concept Day is inspired by the fashion, pop culture, and attitude of the early 2000’s — from denim-on-denim and baby tees to bold accessories, playful poses, and confident energy.

Designed for both photographers and models, this studio day encourages creativity, collaboration, and experimentation in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment. Whether you want to build your portfolio, try something new, or lean fully into the Y2K aesthetic, this event is all about pushing creative boundaries together.

As always, Leading-Edge Collective events are welcoming, inclusive, and community-focused. We proudly welcome photographers and models of all backgrounds, experience levels, and gender identities.

📸 What to expect:
• Once you secure your ticket, you’ll be added to a dedicated Instagram group chat for inspo, outfits, updates, and the full event brief.
• We’ll kick things off with a short group huddle to introduce everyone, explain the concept, and set the creative direction for the shoot.
• The studio will be used to explore different setups, styling moments, and Y2K-inspired looks.
• Photographers and models will rotate and collaborate throughout the session with other like-minded creatives.
• After the event, all images will be shared via a collaborative Google Drive folder.

🔑 IMPORTANT INFO

For Photographers:
• This is your chance to lean into editorial-style storytelling and nostalgic aesthetics.
• Please bring your own camera gear, lenses, and any Y2K-inspired props you’d like to use.
• The creative brief will be shared in the Instagram group chat with mood boards, inspiration, and key details.

For Models:
• Please prepare TWO Y2K-inspired outfits.
• Think early 2000’s silhouettes, textures, accessories, and statement pieces.
• The creative brief (shared in the Instagram group) will include outfit inspiration, hair & makeup guidance, and styling tips.

Tickets:
• Please include your Instagram or Facebook handle when purchasing so we can add you to the event group chat with all updates and the full brief.

LEADING-EDGE COLLECTIVE EVENT T&C's

1. Information Required: Each ticket order will require you to fill in a section of questions (This can include: your contact info, Instagram handle, pronouns, clothing size, etc.). This helps us on the backend to gather data that supports event preparation and ensures we can contact you, especially if you’re not in the Facebook group. An Instagram or Facebook username must be added into the event form to receive all the required info!

2. Pricing: Our pricing reflects a variety of factors involved in creating these events, including equipment, photoshoot props, marketing materials, event space hire, and more. Our prices will not change over time unless a promotional discount is offered through LEC channels.

3. Eventbrite Fees: Each ticket price on Eventbrite includes a small Eventbrite fee.

4. Refund Policy: We can only allow refunds up to 48 hours (2 days) before an event. If you need a refund, you can apply for a request through your confirmation email or contact us on Instagram.

5.Media Permission: After LEC events we put together posts and content to showcase and celebrate creatives on the day. This is a combination of photos and video and use of attendees images. If you do not grant permission this must be directed to us BEFORE shoot day.

6. Liablity: All attendees participate at their own risk. Leading-Edge Collective cannot be held liable for injuries, lost property, or stolen items on the day.

7. Code of Conduct: We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment. Bullying or harassment of any kind will result in immediate action and may include removal from the event and restriction from future events.
