During this Sound Journey, the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes ripple through the body, moving stagnant energy, soothing the nervous system, and inviting emotional clarity. The eclipse energy encourages letting go of what no longer serves, creating space for insight, balance, and renewal.

Lie back, receive, and allow the sound to guide you into deep presence, where tension dissolves and your natural flow is restored. This is a rare opportunity to harmonise with the moon’s luminous energy while nurturing mind, body, and spirit.

⏳ A gentle note on timing:
We aim to begin the sound journey on time. Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes early to check in and allow yourself time to settle into the space. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate guests who arrive after the session has begun. Once we begin, the door will be closed so the sound journey can unfold without interruption. 

The sound journey will be held for a minimum of one hour plus time to ground and share after the session. We suggest to allow two hours for the session. 

While we always aim to be respectful of everyone’s time, the sessions tend to move with their own natural rhythm. Time can become a little fluid, and we may move beyond the scheduled finish time. If you need to leave by a certain time, please let us know before the session begins.

 What to bring for your comfort and to help you relax:
• Yoga Mat / something to lay on.
• Blankets – to keep you warm and comfortable.
• Pillow or cushion for your head 
• Lumbar and or pelvic support - a pillow, folded blanket or towel are great. 
• Prefer to sit? Bring a chair - low or reclining camping chairs work best.
• Bottle of water
• Optional - eye mask or light scarf, any personal crystals you’d like to cleanse and charge.
