For the third time ever, we're looking for brand new members for our dynamic and wildly fun troupe. We're opening our doors for all dancers old and new who are interested in working hard in a room filled with enthusiastic dancers.

SAVOY STOMP

Savoy Stomp is a 12 year old troupe with a long history of corporate and community performances. Now member-led, we train every Monday from 6-8pm with a focus on Lindy technique, solo jazz, and awesome swing-outs. We love the history of Lindy, while letting each individual dancer's personality shine.
Each current member of the troupe remembers their nervous beginnings in the troupe, so don't panic if you're not dominating competitions just yet- we're after people who are eager for a challenge and willing to commit their time and energy.
While Savoy Stomp are not school affiliated, we hand out Perth City Swing flyers as thanks for their help setting up our current iteration. We charge a small quarterly membership fee to cover hire of our practice hall.

THE AUDITION

Come at 6:15pm for a 6:30pm start.
We'll be running a series of exercises and small pieces of choreography from our regular training sessions.
Please come dressed performance ready with vintage styling. We don't require costume, but want to see how you perform when dressed the part.
