Join me on Friday, 23rd May at Guardswell Farm for a cheese making extravaganza and countryside getaway.

We’ll be making mozzarella, burrata, stracciatella and cultured butter, touring the farm (to learn about regenerative farming and sustainable dairy production) and enjoying a delicious lunch.
