Perfect for those new/newish to yoga or wanting to revisit yoga foundations!
Our Beginners Course will guide you through 6 classes over 6 weeks of foundational yoga postures.
You will learn mindful breathing, sun salutations, standing postures, floor postures, twists, back-bends and simple inversions. The course will build your confidence to attend regular classes.
We know that life happens. If you miss any classes during the course, you can attend alternative classes during the missed week.
