This workshop moves through two parts, each with its own pace and purpose. The first half settles into makeup with Dollface Makeup Artistry, an esteemed professional in the makeup world who will guide you through a practical workshop for you to follow along with and get expert advice; shaping a look with intention and understanding how it translates under the lens. The second shifts into posing with Chayla Taylor, photographer and posing coach extraordinaire, working through body awareness, control, and the small adjustments that change an image entirely.

It’s not about rushing through techniques or performing for the room. It’s about taking the time to understand what you’re doing, why it works, and how to carry that forward into your own shoots.

Questions are welcome. Experimentation is encouraged. Space is given to try, adjust, and try again.

Duration: 4 hours total, from 12noon to 4pm. Arrive 11.45am and meet in the lobby of Huzzard Studios to check in.
Includes: 2 hours makeup with Dollface Makeup Artistry in the Beauty Room, 2 hours posing with Chayla Taylor in the Studio.
