This course is delivered by experts from Mindspace Perth & Kinross.Coaches and volunteers give a lot of time to others, and so this is a moment for you.Perhaps you are struggling with worrying about the future, or have difficult memories from the past? This course can help us understand why our mind behaves the way it does and what we can do to help.The session will consist of a few exercises and some discussions about the mind, mental health and stigma. By the end, you will have a better understanding of your mind.It might also help you with a few tips to help you to help others, helping you to create an inclusive and supportive environment within your club.Who should attendAnyone involved in a sporting role, coaches, volunteers, participants etc aged 16 years and over. Note the PACES tiers below for free places do not apply to this course.
