Level Up - Food Handling Skill Set - ages 14 to 24

This workshop allows you to achieve a nationally accredited qualification of SITSS00068 Food handler skill set. Master the essentials of safe food handling and get a head start in your career. This course not only equips you with vital skills but also opens up employment opportunities within the hospitality, retail, and catering sectors, where food safety is paramount.

Approximately 4 hours with a combination of theory and practical skills.
Course completion results in a Statement of Attainment for the following skill set SITSS00068 including the unit SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety
In accordance with the new Mandated Requirements of the FSANZ Standard 3.2.2A
Lunch provided.
