KRAV MAGA FOR A CAUSE

As part of the lead-up to our International Women’s Day charity walk , we’re in collaboration with Krav Maga Perth we're hosting a 2-hour fundraising Krav Maga class in support of women’s safety and consent education through .

This session is about practical self-defence, confidence and real-world awareness - skills that help women feel safer and stronger.

While We Are W M focuses on education around consent, boundaries and healthy relationships, this Krav Maga class brings the physical side of empowerment into action. Together, they speak to prevention, confidence, and community safety.

All proceeds from the class support We Are W M, helping fund vital education and advocacy around women’s safety.

Tickets are limited. This is a powerful way to support the cause, learn practical skills, and be part of something meaningful in the lead-up to the walk. Please note, this is a women only event. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join us for the 'text me when you get home' charity walk!

All funds raised will support , a Perth-based not-for-profit charity dedicated to educating young people on consent, healthy relationships, and respect.

We Are W/M programs focus on:

• Consent and respectful relationships
• Gender stereotypes and social conditioning
• Communication, empathy, and accountability
• Preventing gender-based violence through early education

By donating, you are helping them continue to take education into schools and communities across Western Australia, empowering the next generation to build safer, healthier relationships for everyone.

What to expect:
This is a hands-on session, so there will be physical activity and contact. If you feel uncomfortable doing an exercise for any reason it is perfectly ok to sit it out.

What to bring:

To ensure you are comfortable and prepared throughout the event, please bring:

• Water bottle and towel
• Comfortable activewear and sports shoes
• (Please remove jewellery)

Info: 2-Hour Instructor Led Self-Defence Class. You will learn practical self-defence techniques, how physical self-defence connects with personal boundaries, situational awareness and trusting your instincts.
