That’s right …. we’re diving back into the world of black & white photography, and this time, we’re focusing on TEXTURE. 🤍🖤

Shooting in greyscale is not only a fundamental skill for photographers but also challenges both photographers and models to push their creative boundaries. By removing colour, we bring attention to the intricate details and depth that texture provides.

When we say TEXTURE, we’re talking about anything with captivating patterns, unique fabrics, striking designs, or materials. These elements will come to life beautifully in black & white!

We welcome photographers and models of all skill levels to join us for this event!

For the photographers:

We are shooting in B&W ONLY! We encourage you to challenge yourself and step out of your comfort zone. Be sure to bring your camera gear, accessories, and any textured props to add more variety to your shots. Check out the mood board , which will be posted in the LEC community Facebook group soon, for photo inspo and other important details.

For the models:

Prepare 1-3 outfits that fit the texture theme! We strongly encourage you to experiment with various patterns, textures, fabrics, and materials for your looks. Remember the photos will be in B&W! Be sure to check the moodboard, which will be posted in the LEC community Facebook group soon for photo inspo, hair and makeup guidelines, and other important details.
