After Q&A there will be a great chance to network with other attendees over tea/coffee and snacks.Our main presenter is Nicky Reid (CEO of the Scottish Professional Football League Trust) and after Nicky’s Impostor Phenomenon talk she will be joined by 3-4 IOSH members for a panel discussion on the topic, including experiences and examples of how Impostor Phenomenon can influence and affect staff in our H&S careers.The panel will comprise people with diverse background and experience, so the session should be of interest to IOSH members of all ages (e.g. mentors/mentees, students, future leaders etc). Non-members are also welcome to attend so feel free to invite a colleague or friend who may wish to join you. This session is also an excellent CPD opportunity.The venue has limited capacity so kindly register as soon as possible if you wish to attend.This is your opportunity to expand your knowledge to enhance your professional journey. This event plans to cover the following IOSH competencies: human capital (technical), being the ‘trusted advisor’ (behavioural) and self-awareness (behavioural) at understand and implement level.The event is open to members and non-members.
