About the event

Empowerment Through Art: Part of the 16 Days of Activism
Join us for a transformative afternoon of creativity, reflection, and empowerment. Finding Your Power Through Art invites participants to explore how artistic expression can be a tool for healing, connection, and social change.

Led by the artists of the Conscious Canvas Collective—a group of four women whose practices centre on equity, identity, and the intersection of art and advocacy—this workshop offers a welcoming, inclusive space for participants to reconnect with their inner strength and voice.

Through guided creative exercises and open discussion, you’ll discover how art can help us reclaim our stories, spark dialogue, and inspire change in our communities. No prior art experience is needed—just curiosity and an open mind.
All materials are provided.
