Conversations for Life Training

Conversation for Life is a calm, practical suicide‑awareness workshop that helps people feel more confident supporting someone in distress. Through guided activities and clear, accessible tools, participants learn to recognise early signs of struggle, ask direct and compassionate questions, and respond in ways that are safe, ethical, and grounded.The session also explores how to build a culture of connection and care — one conversation at a time.
