About the event

Blue lotus has been part of my personal and professional practice for many years. In this space, we’ll work with it gently alongside sound, movement and guided Innerdance to support a more relaxed, inwardly focused state.

This day is an opportunity to step out of the pace of everyday life and into a more intentional, supported environment where you can slow down, listen, and reconnect with yourself.

This day is inspired by those vibrations.

Blue Lotus Tea (re-gathering before the afternoon journey)
Egyptian-Inspired innerdance

What’s Included:

If you have dietary requirements or strong preferences, please bring your own lunch so you have exactly what you need.
Herbal teas and water throughout the day
Yoga mats provided

A scarf and something that connects you to Egypt, ritual, or the part of you stepping forward

If you love extra comfort, you’re welcome to bring a blanket, cushion or eye mask — but it isn’t essential.
