Only 2 WEEKS until our first-ever 12-HOUR ERGATHON! We’ll be rowing, biking, and skiing non-stop for 12 hours… and all in support of 2 causes that have deeply affected our community this year... Cancer & MND. 

This event will take place at our Victoria Park studio. There will be no classes running at East Perth studio as we'll be needing all hands on deck to ensure this event is a success!

Here's how you can be a part of it!

1️⃣ ENTER a TEAM RELAY - $10 per team entry donation!

Form a team of 4 and ERG your heart out together in a relay-style format to see who can rack up the most meters in 30 minutes.

2️⃣ PARTICIPATE in an ERG workout for a gold doin donation!

We have 3 ERG-alicious workouts spread across the day: 5AM/ 1100AM/ 230PM - some short, some not! Who's keen to step up to the challenge?

3️⃣ PARTICIPATE in F45 The 'Wringer' for a gold doin donation!

We'll be starting and finishing the day as a TEAM with an F45 fan favourite: ‘The Wringer’. Class times are 630AM and 400PM, and can be booked as usual via the F45 Training App (Victoria Park studio). EP Members can book in using the promo code: EPCREW.

4️⃣ SNACK SQUAD

Help us to fuel our crew by bringing a plate of goodies for the refreshment table. Comment below if you are able to bring something!

Friends/ family are also welcome to join in any session for a $15 donation. They will need to use the promo code ERGSERGS when booking 'The Wringer' via the F45 Training App.
