Women's Self Defense Class

💪 Women’s Self-Defense Class at Impact Martial Arts 💪

Join us for a 3-week Women’s Self-Defense Series designed to help you feel stronger, safer, and more confident in everyday situations.

These classes will introduce practical skills you can use right away, including:
✨ Situational awareness and prevention
✨ Real-world self-defense strategies
✨ Basic striking skills for personal safety
✨ Confidence-building techniques in a supportive environment

No experience is required—this class is open to all women ages 14 and up and focuses on realistic, approachable training.
