The auction will be held on location at 998 County Road 3275, Perrysville, Ohio. From Loudonville take State Route 3 south to 3275 or from State Route 97 take McCurdy Road (3275) to the property. Watch for RES signs.

Terms: The successful purchaser will be required to make a non-refundable down payment of 10% at the conclusion of the auction with the balance due at closing within 45 days.
