Yoga with Cats

This gentle, all-levels yoga class is designed to soothe your nervous system and invite a sense of ease made even sweeter by the calming presence of cats. Through slow, mindful movement, grounding breathwork, and longer moments of rest, we’ll support the body in shifting out of stress and into relaxation.

Cats may wander, nap, or offer quiet companionship throughout class, reminding us to soften, slow down, and simply be. No prior yoga experience needed this is a safe, nurturing space to move at your own pace, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling more regulated, relaxed, and supported.
