Food Group, a family-owned business founded in 1980. Starting in the 1960s with Maas Brothers Meats, the company evolved into a nationally recognized food manufacturer serving foodservice, schools, military, and retail markets. Under Tony’s leadership as President and CEO since 1988, J.T.M. has grown from $8 million in annual sales to over $410 million in 2025, producing hundreds of millions of pounds of kettle-cooked products. His vision has driven major expansions, including state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution facilities, and earned him the Carl H. Lindner Award for Entrepreneurship and Civic Duty.Beyond business, Tony and his wife Barb have been married for 45 years and are proud parents of five children and grandparents to twelve. Rooted in Catholic values passed down through generations, Tony integrates faith into both his personal life and business practices.
