We are so excited to announce that our theater group will return to perform a staged reading of the play The Rez Sisters by Cree playwright Tomson Highway on Saturday, March 28th, 2026 at the Sipayik Recreational Center in Sipayik.

This award winning play is a powerful and moving portrayal of seven women from a reserve attempting to beat the odds by winning at THE BIGGEST BINGO IN THE WORLD! 

This event is open to the public and free. We are instead asking folks to make a donation to Grandmother's Love to support Wabanaki people. 

Doors open at 1:30 PM, Performance at 2:00 PM. We hope to see you there!

***This play is rated PG 13 for Trauma, sexual references, & explicit language***
