* Tues/ thurs 4:30pm

Setting small attainable goals along the way can keep you on track! Asking your coach or a friend in the group to help keep you accountable not to miss your workout or if you absolutely have to miss a day make it up in another class!( we give the option to attend any of our workouts on the schedule so you will be successful in hitting those goals)
•Try to get in a minimum of 3
Workouts in per week!
•Get your body assessments taken before during and after the session! Visually seeing progress is a big motivator .
•Don’t say diet❗️Make better food choices that fuel your body for the energy it needs.
•Calories add up quickly‼️
Be mindful of the liquids you consume .
•Drink more water ❗️
•Ask questions ❗️
We are here to help you reach whatever goals you are trying to attain! But remember we only see you a few hours a week. Always ask for assistance whether it’s in the workouts or outside of the club . If we can help we will!!
