Three parts to each session: 30-minute video seminar, group discussion (You do not have to speak if you do not want to share) and a personal workbook. We are offering these sessions at no charge. Material costs have been funded through church members. Each week stands on its own, so if you miss a week, you can join back in when your schedule allows.
