Whether you’re a brand-new mom or you’ve got kiddos who are growing up way too fast, this is a place where you can feel connected, supported, and coached as an individual, not just another body in a class.
Starting February 2nd, we’re launching a new program called Core Reconnect at Iron Family Fitness.
The program is 4 weeks long. We will meet 2x/week on Mondays and Wednesdays at 11am for 45 minutes.
Kiddos and little ones are always welcome!
This program is designed to help you:
• truly understand your pelvic floor
• learn how to breathe and properly engage your core again
• rebuild functional strength (because let’s be real… you lift weights all day long, those cute, squiggly little humans count)
• safely return to the fitness you love
Core Reconnect is the bridge between where you are right now and the movement that brings you joy again.
We’ll focus on reestablishing core stability, using breathwork to coordinate pelvic floor function, and addressing the things no one talks about, like leaking, pressure, or that heavy feeling that just doesn’t feel “normal.”
