Welcome Spring in Downtown Perry with the Best of the Nest, a celebration of creativity, color, and community. Inspired by the charm of Scarecrow Fest, this new springtime tradition will transform downtown into a showcase of hand decorated birdhouses and garden-themed displays designed by local businesses, artists, and organizations.
