This fantastic initiative, spearheaded by Angela Rippon, highlights the incredible benefits of regular dancing. Angela's mission to get the whole nation dancing continues and she's asked BBX Fitness and other dance organisations, local authorities, charities, health professionals, community groups and celebrities to help her get more people dancing.
The Big Brummie Bhangrathon will again celebrate and promote the amazing workout our clients receive from our BBX Bhangra Fitness classes.  Join us at the fabulous Alexander Stadium for a session of fun and madness to to the soundtrack of a non-stop Bhangra beat!  The class starts at 10.30 sharp, so please arrive early.
1.	Please come dressed in gymwear and trainers!
2.	Please bring a small towel and a bottle of water with you!
3.	Wear bright colours!
