- **Event Description**: For this months Satsang Mmm Yoga and I will be joined by @goldenthreadyoga_sacredbirth for 
a powerful evening of Closing the Bones and Nyasa 

Held in the infinite spaciousness and unconditional love of the tantric wisdom goddess Ma Bhuvaneshwari - “ The Queen of the Universe”, “She who’s body is the World” ,holding space for the vast creative potential that arises during and after menopause, 

We will connect to the energies of manifestation /descent of Shakti within our own bodies through the tantric practice of nyasa, making elemental offerings to each of the 5 the senses, and their corresponding chakras 

We will engage in a group “ Closing the Bones “ , a Mexican ritual using long scarves to rock and hold the body, honouring the transitions of life, giving each individual the opportunity to receive and to hold , to wrap and be wrapped, to honour and to be honoured to symbolically feel the metamorphosis that occurs as we transition through the stages of our lives…

This will be such a beautiful experience and you are welcome to join us, Sunday 22nd Feb @the.roundhouse 5-8pm

 @goldenthreadyoga_sacredbirth also offers these ceremonies 1:1 if you can’t make this date and I highly recommend, but there is also something special about receiving and sharing as a group, I can’t wait.
