This September, the Kitamoto Class of 2016 celebrates 10 years of friendship! To mark this special milestone, we are taking the initiative to organize a Kendo weekend in Athens, Greece on 19–20 September, bringing our class back together — and inviting all who love Kendo to join us.

Our vision is for this gathering to become the first of many, passing the baton to other classes and hopefully turning this into a yearly international meeting somewhere in the world.

Join us for a weekend of keiko, reconnection, and strong spirit — while also enjoying Athens at one of the most beautiful times of the year.

A schedule of additional practices during the week following the weekend will be announced soon, along with optional leisure and social activities.

We would like to sincerely thank "Sala Sport Hall" for providing us with a beautiful venue for our main event, and "Ilisia Hotel Athens" for offering accommodation options for participants.

A very special thank you goes to Barbara Kocsis, the initiator and true soul behind this idea.
