Join us for a relaxing and inspiring gathering designed to nurture creativity, self-reflection, and positive mental well-being. You will paint your own inspirational wooden block, choosing from a variety of meaningful sayings that resonate with their personal journey. Each participant will also receive a journal to decorate and a pen.
Together, we’ll explore practices such as manifesting, gratitude, and intentional journaling, creating space to reset, reflect, and refocus. This event is about slowing down, connecting, and leaving with tools and reminders that support a more positive mindset long after the day ends.
