Cooking Club

Join us for Cooking Club, a fun and flavorful way to eat well and connect with others! Each month, we’ll explore a new healthy cooking theme and share delicious dishes that fit the topic. Instead of using a single cookbook, everyone will prepare a dish inspired by the monthly theme and bring both the food and the recipe to share.

Our gatherings include lively conversation and helpful tips focused on overcoming common cooking challenges, building confidence in the kitchen, and enjoying food that makes us feel good.

In celebration of Heart Health Month, February’s theme is chicken! Bring your favorite heart-healthy (or simply feel-good) chicken dish and your recipe, and come ready to enjoy great food and great company.
