Be embraced by the natural beauty of Peregian Beach where you will learn modern Qigong and connect into the healthy chi flow of mother nature.

Designed to enliven, ground, and energise you before you start your Sunday, these easy 30-minute sessions are suitable for all levels, especially beginners.

Led by Qigong teacher and professional Pilates instructor Sandra Leigh, each session is programmed according to the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the 5 Element theory, connecting you to the seasons for greater holistic health.
