Ladder Flow Yoga

A ladder yoga class is a vinyasa-style class that builds sequences by adding one or more new poses in each round, creating a gradual progression of increasing complexity. The class starts with a few foundational poses, which are repeated before adding new poses to the beginning of the sequence. This method helps students build physical strength and endurance as the flow becomes longer and more challenging.
Equipment: yoga mat required, 2 blocks (recommended)
All levels welcome

Advance registration required. Six weekly sessions for $90.
