Set-up Saturday starting at 6:30 am.
Please have your booth ready for business at 7:45 am.

You are required to leave your complete display until closing at 12 pm.
Each exhibitor is responsible for his/her own display at all times.
All crafters/vendors are requested to donate one item of at least a $15 value to be used for the raffle table.
This item must be a stock item, one that can be purchased at your booth.
Spaces are approximately 10 x 8 in the main gym.
Tables and chairs will not be provided.
Once your application and payment is received, you will be sent a confirmation via email only
You will receive your space location by Monday, December 8th via email only
Applications will be accepted on a first come basis and payment must accompany your application in order to secure your booth. Google form will be time stamped.
Please remember that this is a safe space as well as a family-friendly event inside of a school! No drugs, alcohol, or weapons are permitted. Further, there must not be any articles for sale that may be considered offensive, provocative, or defamatory/discriminatory regarding race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, disability, or national origin. This includes political statements.
Vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come first-serve basis at the time of registration and payment have been received by the Vendor Chairperson. Once we have reached the expected number of applications we will NOT be able to accommodate any new applications. Only one home business of each company will be allowed.
The deadline for applying is Sunday, November 23rd
If you are selling food or drink you must obtain a permit from the Will County Health Department. A copy of your permit is now required to be submitted with the application. (This is in compliance with District 207U rules and regulations and the health inspector will be on the premises to view the permit)
