Melissa Entzminger is a communication strategist and founder performance coach who specializes in helping entrepreneurs speak with clarity and confidence in high-stakes moments. For the past 16 years, she has trained leaders, executives, and innovators to think clearly, communicate powerfully, and perform under pressure.
With a Master’s in Communication, five years as a college professor, and experience supporting founders inside accelerator ecosystems, Melissa blends performance psychology, communication science, and real-world practice. Her interactive workshops and coaching programs equip entrepreneurs with the mental tools and messaging frameworks to pitch boldly, lead teams, and win rooms when it matters most.
Melissa is also the creator of Confidence Spark, a performance-readiness method designed to help founders shift from nerves to presence in five minutes. Her clients range from startup founders to corporate leaders, and her signature training has helped countless professionals speak with conviction, earn trust fast, and command attention in growth-critical moments.
