Self-Defense Class for Women and Teens

Join us for a 2-hour women’s basic self-defense seminar!

If you have attended past seminars, this one will have new information and moves. Come learn basic self-defense tailored for women, including – grips, leverage, maintaining distance, and using everyday objects for defense, verbal de-escalation, maintaining spatial awareness, emergency response planning, and a Q&A session.

The goal of this seminar is for participants to leave with practical knowledge and confidence in self-protection.

Instructor Info:
- Phil Mahan
- Current Peoria Police Officer -- 20+ years
- Retired Military Veteran.
- Joshua Janis Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
- Over a decade of grappling experience.
- Current Instructor at Fir Na Dli Jiu-Jitsu

Open only to girls and women, ages 13 and older.
