- **Event Description**: This five part multi-sensory guided meditation series is your invitation to slow down, tune inward and gently restore balance within your body.. within your nervous system.

Through guided meditation, sound therapy and movement each session supports grounding, emotional regulation and renewed vitality.  The practices move through the body, the chakras and the vagal nervous system -- helping you feel calm and grounded.

Each session includes:
-Guided Meditation & Intention Setting
-Drumming
-Simple Movement & Breathing
-Essential Oils & Sensory Awareness
-Cystals & Energetic Exploration
-Gong, Singing Bowls & Chimes
-Journaling for integration

You do not need to attend all 5 sessions since each gathering stands on its own while also weaving into a larger arc of healing and self-discovery.

What to Bring:  A notebook or journal. Yoga mat, blanket and pillows are welcome for comfort.  Chairs are available.

About the Facilitator:
Becky Cobb is the owner of Balance & Harmony and brings decades of experience as a Master Crystal Energy Worker, Reiki Master, Reflexologist, Certified Sound Practitioner and Author.  Her work blends ancient wisdom with gentle, accessible practices for modern life.
