Pop Up Pilates Express ($5 Classes)!

Pop Up Pilates Express is back! These $5 Pilates classes are aimed to be beginner friendly and give our trainees the opporutnity to practice teaching in a group setting. If you've been out of a routine for a while or wondering what Pilates is all about, then Pop Up Pilates is for you to have a fun night out with friends!

Sessions are Friday, February 27th with the following 45 minute time slots:

4:30 PM - 5:15 PM
5:30 PM - 6:15 PM
6:30 PM - 7:15 PM

There will be mat sessions and reformer sessions running concurrently.

***If you are recovering from an injury, surgery, illness or have some condition that requires special attention, Pop Up Pilates is not for you. We encourage you to schedule a private session with one of our experienced instructors.
