Irish Spirits Cocktail Class

Tickets are $75 per person

Join us this month for an Irish spirits cocktail class, where the emerald isle meets Nightjar-style creativity! Jessie will guide you through each build, sharing technique, flavor theory, and a sample of each bottle!


Each ticket includes:
- instruction and tasting of four Irish spirit-based cocktails
- two bottles of house-made syrup to take home
- recipe cards to re-create the drinks at home
- a commemorative nightjar glass
-light bites provided throughout the class

Whether you’re Irish-spirits-curious or a full-blown whiskey lover, this class is all about flavor, storytelling, and raising a glass together. Sláinte!
