Horseshoes & Hand Grenades (HHG) is a high-energy, progressive folk/bluegrass quintet from Stevens Point, Wisconsin, formed by friends meeting in college around 2010-2013, featuring members Adam Greuel, David C. Lynch, Collin Mettelka, Russell Pedersen, and Samual Odin.

Known for their unique sound blending old-time roots with modern jam-grass, sharing songwriting duties, and creating a joyful, organic musical journey reflected in albums like Middle Western and Miles in Blue.
