🌕✨ Full Moon Meditation and Sound Bath ✨🌕

The full moon is a powerful time to reflect and realign. Come connect with your inner self in a sound-infused celebration of the full moon's magic. You'll leave feeling balanced, energized, and renewed.


What to expect:

✨ Clarifying Card Reading - Our medium will pull a card for you and offer her insights

✨ Guided Meditation and Journaling - We'll discuss the Cold Moon and journal on what it can teach us

✨ Immersive Sound Bath - Crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments will help you relax and realign your energies

✨ Snacks and Sharing - We'll open up for discussion and community as we share light snacks


No experience necessary to attend. Yoga mats are available at the studio. Please bring a pen, notepad, and whatever you need to feel comfortable during the sound healing (blankets, eye masks, pillow, water, etc.).
