About the Facilitator:

Sophia Laverdiere is a clinical and folk herbalist, who is native to Peoria, Illinois. She gives herbal consultations and teaches classes communally, bringing a diversity of healing methodologies from around the world. Areas in which she has studied range from Traditional Chinese Medicine to Ayurveda. She is currently offering her herbal course, Elemental Herbalism, for those who want to see the world and plants through the five elements.
