Every other week, Thursdays & Fridays, BrightBelly takes over BrightSide Kitchen for a sit-down ramen dinner built around what we do best: hand-made noodles, deeply layered broths, and bowls that actually take time and care.
This isn’t a pop-in-and-out bowl.
This is a sit down, slow down, let us cook for you kind of night.
What to expect:

• Seasonal toppings and thoughtful balance
• Limited seating, small runs, intentional service
